Who We Serve

Guidance for families of wealth and the people in them

Continuity helps families of wealth and enterprise manage the differences that come with owning and leading together, so that both the family and the enterprise can move forward.

Shared assets, inheritance, and major financial transitions can raise questions that are as much about relationships, identity, and purpose as they are about money. Continuity helps families, and individual family members, work through those questions and move forward.

Who we work with

Families

We work with families whose shared future depends on more than financial planning, including families who:

  • Share significant assets, such as investment portfolios, trusts, real estate, or a family property
  • Are preparing for, or adjusting to, the sale of a business or another liquidity event
  • Are planning how wealth will pass from one generation to the next

Individual family members

We also work one-on-one with individual family members navigating questions about their roles, their future, or differences with other family members, including:

  • Founders and senior-generation members thinking through what comes next
  • Rising Generation members finding their own direction and purpose
  • Spouses and in-laws navigating a difficult family situation

The work is practical and focused on next steps. When the time is right, it can also be a first step toward involving other family members.
